- Returns, Replacements & Refunds
- None of our products are eligible for returns.
- Products are eligible for exchange/replacement only in case of manufacturing defects (only if a customer receives a broken product).
- A video of the parcel will have to be made while opening the parcel without a single pause.
- Replacement is further subject to the availability of the product (size, color etc.) and is limited to one request. In certain cases where Eco Studio India is unable to process a replacement request for any reason, a refund will be given.
- A refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7-10 days of acceptance of receipt of the product by Eco Studio India. We may request information/documents to verify your credentials before initiating the refund.
Note: In case you have received a product in a physically damaged form (broken) or a different product than the product ordered (whether returnable or non-returnable, please send a Whatsapp message to us on +919346279400 immediately and in any case not later than 3 (three) days from the date of delivery of the product, failing which product will not be replaced. The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, or else we will refund your money.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Eco Studio India does not accept any cancellation requests.
- Under some rare situations, Eco Studio India can raise an order cancellation request. These situations could be –

- Product is out of stock;
- Incorrect pricing or description of the product;
- Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer’s Address;
- Non-serviceability at the Buyer’s address by our courier partners;
- If it is Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you in accordance with our Refund Policy. We will notify you through messages on your Email/WhatsApp/Text when an order is cancelled due to any of the above reasons.
- Since all our orders are Prepaid, the amount will be refunded to you within 10-15 days from the date of cancellation/refund.
