“You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference and you have to decide what kind of a difference you want to make.”— Jane Goodall
It all started when I doing my part for a college assignment. I had to speak about trash management and while doing my research on it, I came across countless videos on zero-waste living and sustainability.
The idea of living a sustainable and zero-waste lifestyle left meaningful and intentional rather than just managing our way out of it.
I wanted to make sure I live a meaningful life and dove into the world of sustainability and zero-waste. I truly feel, if the universe has given me the capability and the empathy to understand what’s happening around the earth, I am also capable enough to change it. And I wanted to change it for the good. I truly wanted to make my life count, and that’s how after 4 years of making small and big changes in my life, I decided to take this to the public and help you all choose better.
Though many products and their packaging these days are recyclable, in many developing and underdeveloped nations, the system for recycling isn’t established. And in such situations, people opting for zero-waste living is the best thing to do!
And zero-waste living I believe has phenomenal potential in changing the way we see the world, our consumer patterns, behaviour and much more.
Culturally, we are going back to the ancient era where everything had meaning, purpose and utility.
And that’s what I’m aiming to do through Eco Studio in India.
